General OVERVIEW
All sales are final. The nature of digital media implies that once you have downloaded a plugin or theme there’s really no way to ‘return’ it. So, without product return the concept of justified refund gets imbalanced. However a refund is issued o customers on following circumstances.
Eligibility For Refund
- If a customer cant download the proucts that are entitled to his/her membership due to any technical error at our end and our support team is unable to get it fixed
- A refund is processed and executed within 5 to 7 working days depending on above-mentioned eleigibility.
Please Understand
We are the authorized providers of all plugins and themes hosted on Zaftech, not the authors, with the exception of “Zaftech Plugin Manager,” which is our own plugin. So, apart from installation, we are unable to provide any free support for the functioning of these plugins and themes. If you face any issue in regards to the functioning of these plugins or themes, you will not be eligible for a refund.
