After installing the Wolmart theme and required plugins, install One Click Demo Import . Then download the demo data that is found here and extract it.
In each demo, there are 3 files.
theme_options.php
content.xml
widget_data.json
To import any demo,
First go to the Theme Options > advanced and import the theme_options.php file.
After that go to Appearance > Import Demo Data …
